Updated Draft of MHSAA Bylaws
At its recent March 16, 2008 meeting, the MHSAA Board of Directors discussed additional modifications to the proposed Bylaws. The latest version, reflecting that discussion, has been posted. Click here to view and download the latest draft of the Bylaws in Adobe PDF format (note: large file).
The Board intends to vote on the Bylaws at the April 13, 2008 scheduled Board meeting. The Bylaws provide the basis for governance of the Association and all the members. The Bylaws Committee, in particular, and the entire Board, in general, has spent numerous hours in drafting this document. The Board has welcomed and appreciated the membership input that has been received to date. Believing that being proactive, rather than reactive, is the proper process, the Board once again seeks input (comments, criticisms or suggestions) from the membership now
– rather than complaints and criticisms after final approval at the April Board meeting.

All submissions should be received on or before April 8, 2008.
